Session 1: Navigating Adult Life (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
π§ Smrithi Rannore, Founder of Project Mind Matters, lead the session on mental and cognitive well-being. She talked about practical strategies for managing stress, social connections to prevent isolation, and empty nest syndrome.
Session 2: Stroke Awareness Program (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability. Knowing the signs and taking preventive measures can drastically reduce the risk.Millions of lives can be saved with timely intervention. You could save a life, or the lives of loved ones!

The event also had support from the Senior citizens group and had over 250 attendees.
