Anti-Bullying themed Design Competition where participants created designs and artwork, in a hybrid mode (online and offline) to spread awareness about ragging/bullying in colleges.

1st Installation Ceremony

The Rotaract Club of PESUECC’s 1st Installation was a special gathering where we welcomed new members and celebrated our commitment to Rotary International's principles. We were honoured to have guests like the District Rotaract Representative, members from our parent Rotary club, and our zonal Rotaract representative join us. During the event, we had speeches and ceremonies to remind everyone about the values we stand for in Rotaract and Rotary. These moments brought us closer together as a club and inspired us to keep serving our community. Having leaders from Rotaract and Rotary with us was a big motivation. They shared their experiences and encouraged us to make a difference locally and globally. Overall, our Installation event was a meaningful occasion that strengthened our club's bonds and renewed our dedication to service.

Warriors Cohesion 6.0

The event was the final Cohesion for members of Zone Warriors. We discussed the final steps to be taken as the year comes to an end and reflected on the work we have done in the past year. We played a game of improv where everyone had to think quickly on their feet. We ended the meet-up with a fun game of treasure hunt.

Movie Screening - Hachi: A Dog’s Tale

The Rotaract Club of PESUECC along with the campus animal welfare volunteers organized a special screening of Hachi: A Dog’s Tale on February 12, 2025, at the MRD Student Centre. This heartwarming film, based on the true story of Hachiko, an Akita dog known for his unwavering loyalty, resonated deeply with the audience. The event aimed to inspire compassion and awareness about animal welfare, aligning with the efforts of campus volunteers who care for stray dogs. Through this screening, participants reflected on themes of love, loyalty, and the responsibility of caring for animals. The initiative also encouraged students to engage in future animal welfare activities and foster empathy towards all living beings.
