Yaad Aa Rahi Hai

Panchami Da Forever, the flagship fundraising project of Rotary Aagneya, successfully completed its 7th consecutive year. The event featured original musicians from RD Burman's crew, showcasing their exceptional talent. With over 900 donor passes sold, the event received an overwhelming response. (Objectives and Outcomes) The primary objective of the event was to raise funds for the Happy School Project, initiated by Rotary Aagneya. The event achieved its objective, generating significant funds for the project. (Role of Rotaract Club) Rotaract club played a vital role in the event's success. Nineteen volunteers from the SEI college-Tejas actively contributed to the smooth execution of the event . The responsibilities included : - Crowd management - Registration counters - Food area management - Ticket sales promotion (Volunteer Experience) The volunteers gained invaluable experience in: - Effective crowd management - Maintaining discipline and politeness while interacting with the audience - Ensuring seamless execution of event logistics (Conclusion) Panchami Da Forever was a resounding success, thanks to the collective efforts of Rotary Aagneya, Rotaract clubs, and the volunteers. The event not only raised significant funds for the Happy School Project but also provided a unique opportunity for the club volunteers to develop essential skills in event management.

Tarang

The Rotaract Club of SEI College actively participated in "Tarang," an annual day celebration organized by RID District 3191 for government school children. This event aimed to provide a platform for these young minds to showcase their talents, build confidence, and receive encouragement. Our club was represented by two dedicated members who volunteered their time to support and interact with the children. The event featured a range of exciting competitions, and the participants were awarded prizes for their outstanding performances. Through this initiative, our club members had the opportunity to experience the joy of giving back to the community, particularly to those who need it most. This event reinforced the importance of investing time and effort in shaping the lives of these young individuals, who are the future pillars of our society. We are proud to have been a part of this noble endeavor and look forward to continuing our support for such initiatives in the future. Event Outcome- Successfully supported and engaged with government school children, promoting their overall development and well-being.

Summer Camp Day 2

Day 2: Art and craft sessions allowed children to express their creativity through drawing, painting, and coloring. Sports activities included cricket for boys and kho-kho for girls. Chocolates were again distributed, and small gifts were awarded to winners. The Summer Camp was a huge success, filled with fun, entertainment, and memorable moments. Zonal Meet

Zonal Meet: A Day of Learning, Sharing, and Fun!* On February 23, 2025, the Rotaract Club of Mount Carmel College and Rotaract Club of Bangalore SouthWest jointly hosted a successful Zonal Meet at the Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain Park. The event commenced at 10:30 AM, bringing together enthusiastic Rotaractors from various clubs. The meet focused on discussing key points, including: - RI Goal setting and common errors to avoid - Effective project reporting and avenues for implementation - Upcoming district events, such as the District Conference, Rotacamp, Inter-Zonal Sports Meet, and more - The Club Creative Corner in Miracle Times, an opportunity for all clubs to share their stories and achievements - Guidelines for Q3 points and DOV schedules The informative sessions were interspersed with fun activities, allowing participants to bond and network with fellow Rotaractors. The meet provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, idea exchange, and collaboration among clubs. We were delighted to have representatives from several Rotaract clubs join us, including six Board of Directors members. The event concluded on a high note, with participants leaving with renewed enthusiasm and inspiration. A special thank you to the Rotaract Club of Mount Carmel College and Rotaract Club of Bangalore SouthWest for co-hosting this successful Zonal Meet!

Our team of 13 dedicated volunteers came together to make a difference in the lives of those in need. We collected gently used items in good condition and donated them to those who would truly appreciate them. But that's not all! We also shared some sweet treats - chocolates, biscuits, and fresh fruits - bringing smiles to their faces. It was heartwarming to see the joy and gratitude in their eyes. Helping Hands

Rotaract Club of SEI College Tejas organized a heartfelt visit to the Shree Ramana Maharshi Academy for the Blind in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. A team of 12 dedicated members actively participated in this noble endeavor, spreading joy and warmth among the students. We were delighted to spend time with the primary students, as the high school students were busy with exams. Our team engaged with the kids, playing games, and sharing moments of laughter and connection. To add a sweet touch to our visit, we distributed biscuits, chocolates, and bananas among the students, bringing smiles to their faces. With a total of 130 students in the academy, our small gesture aimed to make a big difference in their lives. This event reminded us of the importance of kindness, empathy, and community service. We're grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact and look forward to continuing our Helping Hands initiatives!

Volunteers assisted visually impaired attendees by providing guidance and support, while others managed the front desk, handling registrations and logistics. Volunteers played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth experience for participants. The event promoted inclusivity and equal opportunities in the job market. Our members gained valuable experience and insights into supporting individuals with disabilities. The job fair was a rewarding experience for all involved, showcasing the importance of accessibility and support in the workplace. Our volunteers demonstrated empathy and dedication, making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Summer Camp Day 1

The Rotaract Club of SEI College Tejas organized a fun-filled Summer Camp at NWCI near Lalbagh Road on April 8th and 19th, 2025. Rotaractors actively participated in two groups, engaging children in various activities. - Day 1: Games like Tower Cups, Bucket and the Ball, dancing, singing, and musical chairs entertained the kids, who were thoroughly engaged. The day concluded with a chocolate distribution.
