Lakshya - Annual BODs Training Session

From 9th July to 16th July, 2025, the Rotaract Club of SSMRV hosted Lakshya, our annual Board of Directors training session aimed at preparing the newly elected board for the journey ahead. Held every day from 12 PM to 2 PM, the training created a space where learning met leadership, and responsibilities transformed into purpose. Each session was thoughtfully led by Rtr. Pranav, Rtr. Sridhatri, Rtr. Karthik, and Rtr. Deeksha, who guided the board members through the core values and duties of their respective roles. The training kicked off with International Service on Day 1, followed by Community Service and Areas of Focus on Day 2. On Day 3, the focus shifted to the Sergeant-at-Arms, while Club Service took center stage on Day 4. The Treasurer’s responsibilities were explored in detail on Day 5, and Professional Development was covered on Day 6. Day 7 was dedicated to Data Specialists, with Rtr. Ankit joining the core team to provide insights, and finally, House Captains were trained on Day 8. What made Lakshya truly special was the open, engaging atmosphere where board members felt encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and grow together. It wasn’t just about understanding duties - it was about discovering leadership through guidance, conversation, and connection. Lakshya set the tone for a year of intentional service, teamwork, and growth, reminding every board member that leadership begins with clarity, commitment, and heart.
