
From 24th to 26th July, 2025, the Rotaract Club of SSMRV launched a high-energy Membership Drive, not just to recruit, but to reintroduce who we are and what we stand for. With a strong focus on branding and public image, the campus felt the Rotaract presence like never before. Armed with creatively designed “Join Rotaract” cards, our team engaged the newest batch of juniors with enthusiasm and purpose. These cards weren’t just invites - they were a first impression of our values, our culture, and the vibrant community we represent. From explaining the impact of Rotaract to highlighting our projects and achievements, every interaction was tailored to build curiosity, trust, and connection. Our setup spoke the brand - coordinated visuals, welcoming faces, and confident voices all reflected the professionalism and heart of our club. On the final day, we broke the ice with fun activities, allowing potential members to feel the warmth and energy that define Rotaract SSMRV. By the end of the drive, around 200+ new members had joined - but more importantly, hundreds more now know who we are. This drive wasn’t just about numbers. It was about visibility, relatability, and planting the seed of Rotaract in every corner of our campus. The brand was loud, clear, and unforgettable - and this is only the beginning.
