The Art of Leadership

The Rotaract Club of SSMRV College proudly conducted a special leadership orientation for the newly formed BCA Forum at SSMRV College. This initiative was led by our President and Secretary, who took the time to guide the forum’s office bearers, offering insights into leadership, teamwork, and the values. The session began with a warm introduction to the roles and responsibilities of the President and Secretary, outlining how their vision and coordination play a vital role in shaping the journey of any forum or club. Moving further, the orientation also covered the other key positions within a leadership team, such as Vice President, Treasurer, Joint Secretaries, Directors, and Coordinators. Each role was explained in detail, emphasizing its importance in ensuring smooth functioning and collective growth. What made the session impactful was its interactive approach. The President and Secretary not only shared their experiences but also encouraged questions, discussions, and reflections from the forum members. This allowed the newly elected BCA Forum leaders to connect theory with practice, while also building confidence in stepping into their respective responsibilities. The orientation was more than just a briefing - it was an inspiration for collaboration and service. It provided the BCA Forum with a strong foundation to begin their journey, reminding them that leadership is about teamwork, vision, and the ability to uplift others.
