Project Elevate 2.0 - Phase 1

On 30th August 2025, the Rotaract Club of SSMRV College conducted Project Elevate 2.0 – Phase 1 at Silicon City School, Bommanahalli, with the aim of empowering young students through guidance and mentorship. The project was designed specifically for the 9th and 10th standard students, focusing on building confidence, managing stress, and preparing them for their academic journeys ahead. The session began at 10:00 AM with an interactive talk on stress management. Students were encouraged to open up about the pressures they face during board exam preparation, and practical tips were shared to help them manage time, maintain focus, and stay emotionally balanced. This created a safe and relatable environment where the students felt heard and supported. We then moved into a session on “What After 10th?”, where different career paths, streams, and opportunities were explained in detail. The discussions aimed to clear doubts, broaden horizons, and give students the confidence to make informed choices about their future. To keep the atmosphere light and engaging, a fun quiz session was conducted, which brought out the students’ enthusiasm and healthy competitiveness. Their excitement, laughter, and active participation made the session lively and memorable. Although the session had 11 beneficiaries, the impact was profound. Each student walked away with clarity, motivation, and renewed determination for the road ahead. The program concluded by 11:00 AM, leaving both the volunteers and the students with smiles and a sense of accomplishment. Project Elevate 2.0 – Phase 1 reaffirmed our belief that even small steps can create meaningful change, especially when it comes to shaping young minds and supporting them in crucial stages of life.
