Rotaract Club of S.S.M.R.V. College successfully conducted Project Elevate 2.0 - Phase 2 for students of Grades 8 and 9, centring on the theme of Time and Stress Management. The session aimed to guide young learners toward building healthier habits, managing academic pressure effectively, and maintaining emotional balance in their daily lives. The session opened with an insightful interaction on the significance of time management. Students discussed how time, once lost, cannot be regained, and how being organized can dramatically reduce everyday stress. Volunteers shared simple yet powerful strategies like prioritizing tasks, setting achievable goals, avoiding procrastination, and creating routines that balance work, rest, and leisure. These relatable discussions encouraged students to reflect on their own habits and recognize how effective time management can enhance both productivity and peace of mind. The next segment focused on understanding stress - its causes, signs, and solutions. Students explored the idea that stress, though natural, can be managed through awareness and self-care. Techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, and healthy outlets like journaling or hobbies were discussed, helping them see that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. The open environment allowed students to share personal challenges and realize that they are not alone in navigating pressure. Adding to the fun and engagement, icebreaker games like “This or That” brought the room alive with laughter and conversation. These activities promoted connection, teamwork, and a positive learning atmosphere. By the end of the day, Project Elevate 2.0 - Phase 2 left a lasting impact. Students walked away inspired to take charge of their schedules and emotional well-being. The session blended education with empathy, reminding participants that balance, discipline, and self-kindness are the true keys to success.
