On the occasion of Independence Day, Rotary Bangalore South Parade took a momentous step in service to the community by hosting a Blood Drive on August 15, 2023, at Prestige Falcon City, Konanakunte. This selfless endeavor was dedicated to the noble cause of saving lives through voluntary blood donation. While the project was organized by Rotary Bangalore South Parade, it was enriched by the active participation of three enthusiastic volunteers from Rotaract Bangalore South Parade. Their unwavering commitment to the cause and their tireless efforts were integral to the seamless execution of the event. The results were nothing short of remarkable, as a staggering 100 units of blood were collected during the Blood Drive. This extraordinary outcome underscores the impact that can be made when individuals come together for a shared purpose, especially on a day as significant as Independence Day. The collected blood units hold the potential to be a lifeline for numerous individuals in our community, providing hope and health where it's needed most.
