SOCIAL TECH SHOWDOWN: PITCHING FOR A BETTER WORLD

The Topic for Hackathon was “Tech for Social Good”. During the event, participants were given sufficient time to present their ideas through PowerPoint presentations. Following the presentations, the judges asked thought-provoking questions, providing a challenging experience for the participants. To encourage participation and promote appropriate technologies, a cash prize of Rs. 1000 was awarded to the winning team. The winning idea involved creating a website called "UniAssist," which offers comprehensive guidance to students in choosing the best career option, consolidating all necessary information in one place. The event was filled with enthusiasm and a desire to learn and share, motivating the organizers to pursue more such projects and create an inclusive platform for individuals interested in making a positive impact through their work.
