On the occasion of India's Independence Day, the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar embarked on a meaningful journey to Need Base India - Champion Boys Home. This noble endeavor aimed to actively engage and educate the youth about the profound legacy of India.Rotaractors organized an insightful session that transported the children back in time, shedding light on the historical and cultural tapestry that has shaped India into the diverse and unique nation it is today. The intention was to instil a deep appreciation for India's rich heritage in these young minds. To further nurture this sense of connection and appreciation, a creative art activity was organized. The children were encouraged to express their admiration for India through drawings and coloring, capturing the essence of India's cultural and historical wealth. In a parallel effort to enhance the children's educational experiences, the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar generously donated stationary supplies, including 15 crayon sets and drawing papers, to the children at Samartha Girls Home. This act of benevolence aimed to equip these young learners with the tools they need to explore their creative potential and excel in their studies. This initiative not only celebrated India's Independence but also reinforced the values of compassion, education, and cultural pride. It exemplifies the Rotaract Club's commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged youth and empowering them to embrace their nation's legacy with pride and knowledge.
