The "Let's Help Them" fundraiser, organized by Rotaract District 3191 and 3192, proved to be a heartwarming and impactful initiative aimed at aiding the flood-affected people of Delhi and Himachal Pradesh. With a shared sense of responsibility and compassion, the students of the Rotaract club rallied together to make a difference in the lives of those affected by the devastating floods. The fundraiser was characterized by the enthusiastic participation of the BOD and Core members of Rotaract who tirelessly spread awareness about the cause throughout the college campus. Armed with determination, they reached out to fellow students, faculty, and staff, educating them about the dire situation faced by the flood-hit regions. Their efforts extended beyond merely raising funds; they also collected essential items such as biscuits, sweaters, blankets, and other necessities to alleviate the immediate suffering of the affected communities. The response from the college community was truly heartening. On the first day, a remarkable sum of 15,000 rupees was collected, indicating the widespread empathy and concern for the affected individuals. And on the second day, they successfully gathered 2,000 rupees. The momentum only grew stronger on the third and fourth days, with contributions of 2,400 and 7,000 rupees, respectively. A total sum of 26,400 rupees was collected. In conclusion, the collection drive was a huge success. The efforts of the Rotaract Club students in raising awareness and collecting donations not only provided much-needed assistance to the flood-affected regions but also strengthened the spirit of community service and social responsibility among the college students.
