To celebrate the 77th Independence Day, Gerizim Orphanage hosted Independence Day along with volunteers from institutions like Christ University and Axe University. The program began with a prayer followed by flag hoisting and pledge. The event featured a national song and a heartwarming cultural performance by young participants dressed as historical leaders. We performed a cultural dance & song for the young kids at the orphanage. We explored charming stalls with handmade crafts and bought 10 paper bags worth 500 Rs which will be given out to the dignitaries as gratitude in our upcoming installation.
