Rotaract club of IIFT had celebrated Dilwali Diwali at Geetha Ashram, Bapujinagar on 10th of November 2023. Diwali, the festival of lights, is a time of joy, reflection and sharing of happiness. There were 20+ volunteers and 85+ orphanage kids. We celebrated diwali by playing games with the kids and as no diwali celebrations is complete without indulging in delicious sweets and treats, we had an experience which brought in a sense of compassion and empathy that extends beyond the festival.
