The 'Clean up after Ganesh' event was a heartwarming and eco-conscious initiative that celebrated the spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi while promoting sustainability and compassion for all living beings. In the wake of the joyous Ganesha Habba celebrations, our dedicated group embarked on a mission to collect the beautiful banana leaves and other foliage used in the festivities. Instead of letting them go to waste, we lovingly repurposed these leaves by offering them to the gentle residents of the goshala (cow shelter). As we watched the cows relish this unexpected feast, it was a poignant reminder of the interconnectedness of all life and our responsibility to protect and nourish not only our cultural traditions but also the environment and its precious inhabitants.
