In the spirit of Deepawali, the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Aagneya, in collaboration with Hands for Society, embarked on a heartwarming mission to spread joy and light across Bengaluru. Embracing the festival's ethos of sharing and caring, we successfully distributed over 650 packets of sweets and 200 packets of candles, touching the lives of numerous daily workers, auto drivers, street vendors, and many more individuals across the city's streets. Our initiative was marked by a deep sense of community and volunteerism. Each packet, containing four delightful sweets, was meticulously packed by our dedicated volunteers, who worked tirelessly to ensure that every package was distributed with care and respect. With a total budget of ₹27,000, we were able to reach out to a significant number of people, making their festival brighter and sweeter. The joy of giving was evident in the enthusiastic participation of our volunteers, who not only shared the festive treats but also warmth and smiles. The impact of our endeavor was profoundly visible in the happiness and blessings we received from those we served. It was a truly remarkable day, one that left an indelible mark on both the recipients and the volunteers. Witnessing the sheer joy on the faces of strangers, who were touched by our efforts, was a powerful reminder of the impact of kindness and generosity.
