Under the Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College, the fitness fellowship collaborated with the experience fellowship and started Power Hour. Power hour as the name suggests, is a one hour fitness session hosted for our members. According to the survey we did prior to starting the project, the members chose dance as their choice of fitness. The sessions started with a light warmup and a dance workout, followed by a cool down with some breathing exercises. This project helped kickstart an energetic day for our members.
