An initiative to build Leadership and Personality Development in young minds. This project where weekly one government school will be taken and the complete RYLA would be held by Rotaractors . Our first school was Govt Higher Primary School Vaddralli, where initially children where hesitated much to approach later reacting with us had made them to stand and answer . Rtr.PP.Meghana S been a trainer who successfully implemented the courage and build their confidence by saying out the essence of leadership along with some comic things too.
