On December 12th, our dedicated team of Rotaractors and Rotarians came together to extend a warm welcome to esteemed delegates, including Past DGs, present DGs, DG elects, and Rotary Directors from diverse districts across India. The welcoming committee orchestrated a gracious reception at the airport, expressing our appreciation for their presence. Each delegate received a thoughtful gift as a token of gratitude, reflecting the spirit of camaraderie within the Rotary community. Ensuring their comfort and safety, we seamlessly organized transportation, arranging cabs to escort them to their respective hotels. This event not only exemplified the hospitality of our Rotary community but also fostered connections among the distinguished representatives, reinforcing the collaborative spirit that defines Rotary service.
