Meghana S and Rtr. Advaith V. • Introductions followed, providing an opportunity for participants to learn about fellow Rotaractors within Zone Titans. • Zonal Rotaract Representatives (ZRRs) Rtr. Rohan A and Rtr. Madhusudhan Kallur provided updates from the district: • Half-Yearly Recognition: • The recognition period for the first half of the year concludes in December. • Emphasis placed on encouraging clubs to undertake additional projects. • DOV Document and DRR Visit: • The DOV document is released. • Clubs are advised to promptly book slots for the upcoming District Rotaract Representative (DRR) visit. • DRR Citation Information: • Clubs have been provided with detailed information regarding the DRR Citation. • Rotasia Announcement: • All members are encouraged to actively engage, book tickets, and attend the event. • Various Rotaract clubs took the stage to announce their projects and express interest in collaboration. • Team building activities brought a touch of fun to the gathering, with Chinese whispers, Hunter rabbit, and wall breaking the ice among the 80+ attendees. • District Secretary Rtr. Shashank addressed the gathering and also shared updates from the district, including information about Rotary International dues and half-yearly recognitions. • A discussion/open floor for doubts and clarifications was facilitated, providing a platform for participants to engage in meaningful conversations. • The meeting proceeded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Rtr. Apoorva, acknowledging the collective effort that made the event successful, and thanking the Rotractors for their active participation in the meeting. • The meeting was adjourned by the host club presidents, Rtr. Meghana S and Rtr.
