The Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College, demonstrated commendable foresight and community engagement by hosting a session titled "InterviewReady." The event, which took place on December 19th, 2023, unfolded in the St. Joseph’s Auditorium and featured the expertise of Ms. Smriti Rao. This program was designed in order to satisfy the curiosity and aspirations of young people by providing them with an exclusive chance to learn about the nuances of job recruitment and interview preparation. The selection of Ms. Smriti Rao as the featured speaker demonstrates a dedication to giving attendees insightful knowledge and a thorough grasp of a recruiter's needs and vision when seeking for the ideal candidate. More than sixty students from Jyoti Nivas College attended the session, which most likely covered a wide range of subjects, such as understanding the recruiter's point of view, resume building techniques, cultural nuances, and the qualities and skills of an ideal candidate.
