Rtr. Club of Bangalore United collaborated with Rtr. Club of Gems B school for the session *Mind scapes - Mental Health and Healing*This was a session conducted by Mr. Shon Ranji a life coach. The session covered various aspects of the participants lives where they had to face different scenarios. The values that the participants adhere to.The session helped the participants to understand themselves and how to perceive a horizon of future incidents to have a healthier mindset.The session was interactive where not only were many participants allowed to share their stories, but also included all the participants in psychological activities.Overall, the interactive session was a huge success in helping the participants better their perception of having a healthy mind.
