On the occasion of our 76th 🇮🇳Republic day, 26th January, 2024. An educational outing was organised by the Professional Development Avenue of RacBCWCC accompanied by the members of Rotaract Club of Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Evening college. Our main purpose of this educational outing was to explore and understand the intricacies of Indian Music throughout the years of Indian History. Music is an art of expression of things gone by, of memoirs of legends and the exhibits at the museum gave critical insight into the skeleton of history of Indian Music from building the taal and raag which in turn builds a tune and goes on to become a song. Each exhibit at the museum were showcased in a sequential order from the old 14 - 15th centuries of carnatic, hindustani compositions like thumri, bhajans, tarana to the new age bollywood and indie pop. The exhibits allows you to create your own custom tune, a private studio where you can karaoke to songs and record etc.
