Once again, the vibrant community of HSR Layout came together for a joyous Cycle Day event, hosted by Rotary HSR and generously sponsored by Cycle World, Narayana Hospital, and DULT. The event was brimming with exciting activities aimed at promoting the use of bicycles as a sustainable mode of transportation. Amidst the festivities, the Rotaract Club of Bengaluru HSR introduced a special initiative, shedding light on the pressing issue of water scarcity. We emphasized the importance of water conservation, particularly during festivals like Holi, where the traditional celebrations can be just as enjoyable without wasting precious water resources. Through engaging discussions and awareness-raising efforts, we encouraged attendees to adopt eco-friendly practices and make mindful choices for a greener, more sustainable future. The event served as a reminder of our collective responsibility to protect the environment while fostering community spirit and enjoyment.
