The Rotaract Club of Shanthiniketan hosted the highly anticipated DRR's Official Visit on March 29, 2024. The event commenced with a warm breakfast, setting the tone for a productive and engaging day ahead. Three crucial meetings were held during the visit: Closed-Door Meeting: Attended by DRR, ZRR, President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Vice President, this intimate session facilitated candid discussions on key club matters and strategic planning. Board of Directors Meeting: Bringing together ZRR, DRR, President, Secretary, and 17 other board members, this gathering focused on reviewing past initiatives, evaluating current projects, and outlining future goals. General Body Meeting: Involving ZRR, DRR, President, Secretary, Board of Directors, and volunteers, this inclusive meeting provided a platform to discuss overarching club objectives, address member concerns, and celebrate achievements. During the event, the Secretary presented a comprehensive projects report for the Rotaract year 2023-24, highlighting the club's impactful contributions and milestones. A visually engaging PowerPoint presentation accompanied the report, offering a nostalgic journey through the club's memorable projects and initiatives.
