On March 9th, DRR"s Official Visit (DOV) was conducted starting from 6:30 PM onwards, with Rtr. Rtn. Arun Teja Godvarthi presiding over the meeting. The event commenced with a closed-door session at 6:30 PM, involving the core team from both the district and the club. Subsequently, at 7:30 PM, the Board of Directors meeting commenced, during which the highlights of the club's projects were discussed. Following the Board of Directors meeting, around 7:30 PM, the general body meeting took place, attended by approximately 100 individuals. During this session, a brief overview of the club's major achievements, recognitions, and ongoing projects was shared. Additionally, well-wishers, club faculty coordinators, and members were given the opportunity to speak, highlighting the success of the club and the collective efforts made towards its accomplishments.
