On May 1st, 2024, the Rotaract Club of Atria Institute of Technology successfully executed Project ಮಜ್ಜಿಗೆ, celebrating Labour Day by serving refreshing buttermilk to sweepers, rag pickers, policemen, and street vendors. This heartfelt initiative honored the unsung heroes who tirelessly work under the sun, often without recognition. By offering a cool, nutritious drink, Project ಮಜ್ಜಿಗೆ provided them with a moment of respite and gratitude. The event saw enthusiastic participation from volunteers and generous contributions from the community, making it a resounding success. Together, we made Labour Day truly meaningful by appreciating the invaluable contributions of our labor force.
