The Rotaract Club of Marathahalli recently conducted an impactful paper collection drive, collaborating with local vendors to gather recyclable paper. This initiative was part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and community service. The collected paper was sold, and the proceeds were utilized to purchase water purifiers for the Government Polytechnic in Channasandra. Our members worked diligently to organize the drive, reaching out to vendors and raising awareness about the importance of recycling and supporting educational institutions. The success of the paper collection drive not only helped in reducing waste and promoting recycling but also provided a tangible benefit to the Polytechnic by ensuring access to clean and safe drinking water for its students and staff. The installation of the water purifiers at the Government Polytechnic marked the culmination of our efforts, bringing a sense of achievement and fulfillment.
