To warmly welcome the new first-year students and introduce them to our Club and to celebrate the start of the rotary year, we organized a heartfelt project called "Thumbs Up, Notes Down." This initiative invited the newcomers to make their mark—literally—by placing thumbprints on sheets of paper and sharing their thoughts about their first day of college. In addition, they wrote uplifting affirmations for strangers and selected encouraging notes for themselves. This simple yet meaningful activity helped the juniors feel a sense of belonging and community right from the start. The project was an overwhelming success, drawing in many students who were eager to learn more about our club. It ensured that their college journey began with warmth, positivity, and a strong connection to our Rotaract family.
