On the 3rd and 4th of July, the Rotaract Club of Mount Carmel College organized an exhilarating Signup Drive at the Amphi Theatre. This two-day event aimed to introduce and onboard enthusiastic Carmelites into our vibrant community, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and service. The event kicked off on the 3rd of July, with an eager crowd gathering at 9 AM. Our passionate club members set up interactive booths, showcasing the various projects and activities we undertake. From community service initiatives to international exchange programs, our displays highlighted the diverse opportunities available to members. Attendees were greeted warmly and provided with detailed information about the club’s mission and values. Throughout the morning session, our team engaged with prospective members through lively discussions and fun activities. Ice-breaker games and team-building exercises were organized to help everyone feel comfortable and connected. By noon, many students had eagerly signed up, excited to embark on this new journey. On the 4th of July, the drive continued from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. This session focused on deeper interactions, allowing interested students to ask specific questions and learn more about the roles they could take on. Our experienced Rotaractors shared inspiring stories and experiences, motivating attendees to join the cause. Both days saw a tremendous turnout, with students from various disciplines showing great enthusiasm. The event concluded on a high note, with our club welcoming numerous new members who are passionate about making a difference. The Signup Drive not only expanded our Rotaract family but also ignited a renewed sense of purpose and excitement within the community.
