Description

The Mega Letterhead Exchange event was held online via Google Meet, hosted by Manipal University Jaipur. The event brought together approximately eight Rotaract clubs, including our own, for a formal exchange of letterheads. The meeting commenced with each participant introducing themselves and their respective clubs, followed by a warm welcome speech delivered by the President of Manipal University Jaipur Rotaract Club. The International Service Director (ISD) then took charge, expertly facilitating the letterhead exchange process. The event concluded with a vote of thanks presented by the Secretary of Manipal University Jaipur Rotaract Club. Subsequently, the exchanged letterheads were shared among the participants via a WhatsApp group, serving as a digital keepsake of the occasion.
