A physical letterhead exchange event was organized by the Rotaract Club of Delhi Mid-Town in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Mount Carmel College on July 25th from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm at Nexus Mall, Koramangala. The event was attended by five clubs: Delhi Mid-Town, MCC, BMSCE, Atria IT, and Bansankari. Self-introductions and club introductions were made, followed by discussions on past and future projects by various clubs. Fellowship activities were conducted, where participants played small games, shared facts, and discussed must-visit places and must-eat food. The physical letterhead exchange took place at 4 pm, where letterheads were exchanged among the clubs. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the dispersal of the clubs.
