On August 19, 2024, the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar hosted "Clouds Through The Lens" to celebrate World Photography Day. This event, held in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Bicholim RID 3170 and the Rotaract Club of Atria IT RID 3191, aimed to raise awareness about climate change through the art of photography. Participants were encouraged to capture stunning photos of the sky, craft meaningful quotes related to climate change, and share their creations on Instagram with the hashtags #CloudsThroughTheLens, #WorldPhotographyDay, and #ClimateChangeAwareness, while tagging @rcj_3191. The goal was to inspire others to think about the environmental challenges facing our planet. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 22 Rotaractors, who shared breathtaking photos of clouds paired with thoughtful climate change messages. It was a resounding success, effectively using photography to promote environmental awareness.
