The RNSIT Rotaract Club successfully organized an educational program on Cervical Cancer in collaboration with the Cancer Society of Bengaluru and Rotary Bangalore Vidyaranyapura. The event aimed to raise awareness about the disease and the importance of vaccination for females. Over 50 participants attended the session, which featured informative presentations by experts from the Cancer Society of Bengaluru and Rotary Bangalore Vidyaranyapura. The speaker, Dr Sahana KP MS (OBG), FMAS, PGDMFM Certification in ART from NUH, Singapore Consultant, Obstetrics and Gynaecology discussed the causes, symptoms, and prevention of cervical cancer, as well as the benefits of vaccination. The event was a resounding success, with participants expressing gratitude for the opportunity to learn more about this important health issue.
