On 24th August, we had the opportunity to participate in an exclusive online session titled Job Research Strategies, organized by the Vocational Services Department of the Rotaract Club of Resilience. Nisha Pal, currently an Account Manager at MyOperator and a public speaker, has mentored over 2000 students and boasts a 12K+ community on LinkedIn. Her experience working with companies like Ginger Webs and Quantel.in added depth to the discussion, making the session extremely beneficial for those entering the job market or considering a career change. It was a highly engaging and practical session, equipping participants with essential strategies to refine their job search and enhance their chances of success.
