On the 28th of August, we had the pleasure of collaborating with the Rotaract Club of Jain Evening College for an enlightening session titled Healthainment. This engaging event was centered on health and wellness, offering participants practical tips and techniques to improve both their physical and mental well-being. The session was led by Swati, an experienced Health and Wellness Coach, who shared invaluable insights on maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Attendees were guided through health tips, a quick gratitude prayer, and powerful visualization techniques designed to foster inner peace and resilience. This highly interactive session provided a holistic approach to overall wellness, encouraging participants to adopt healthier habits and empowering them to take meaningful steps toward a more vibrant, fitter, and happier life. The atmosphere was one of learning and self-improvement, making it a truly rewarding experience for all involved.
