On the 23rd of August, we had the opportunity to collaborate with the Rotaract Club of Pune Mideast, RID 3131, for an insightful session on The Essentials of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This thought-provoking event emphasized the importance of fostering diverse and inclusive environments that promote equity within communities. Participants delved into the significance of DEI in creating stronger, more unified spaces where everyone has a voice and a sense of belonging. The session encouraged attendees to reflect on their own contributions towards diversity and inclusivity while inspiring them to take actionable steps to make a positive impact.
