On 22nd September, the Rotaract Club of Koramangala, RI District 3191, organized an interactive offline workshop titled "PICTURA-Take3: Frames and Footsteps" (Photowalk) at Lalbagh West Gate, Bengaluru. The event was part of a series aimed at enhancing participants' creativity through photography, building on insights from previous sessions. The project provided a unique opportunity for participants to capture and transform images on-site, reflecting their interpretation of the workshop’s theme, "Life in Nature's Frame." The event commenced at 8:00 AM, with participants gathering at the designated meeting spot, where they introduced themselves by sharing their name, degree, club, and an animal name starting with the same letter as their own. After the introductions, the project chair explained the guidelines for the photowalk, including specific instructions such as removing watermarks from devices and using either a 4:3 or 1:1 ratio for photos. The images could be taken in either landscape or portrait orientation, but the use of AI editing tools or software was prohibited. The theme encouraged participants to capture moments where humans or animals interacted with nature, such as a child hugging a tree or a dog playing on the grass. Participants were given a random number through chits and engaged in icebreaker activities before starting the photowalk. From 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM, they explored Lalbagh, capturing moments that reflected the theme, "Life in Nature’s Frame." Each participant was required to submit their best photograph via a Google form, which was open from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM. At 10:00 AM, everyone reconvened at the meeting point for the closing session. The project chair announced the winner and runner-up, distributed certificates, and provided constructive feedback on the participants' photos. The event concluded with positive reflections, leaving participants inspired and with a deeper appreciation for capturing life through the lens.
