The Rotaract Club of Banashankari actively participated in the Atlas - District Training Assembly hosted by Rotaract District 3191 at Jyoti Nivas College on September 1, 2024. This event was a pivotal opportunity for our club’s board of directors, including the president, vice president, secretary, avenue directors, treasurer, and sergeant-at-arms, to enhance their leadership skills and gain valuable insights into effective club management. Attending the assembly allowed our members to engage with fellow Rotaractors from across the district, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration. The training sessions were highly interactive, covering essential topics such as project planning, communication strategies, and best practices for running successful initiatives. Our members benefited from the expertise of seasoned facilitators who shared practical advice and innovative ideas tailored to the unique challenges faced by each club.
