BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Rotaract Club of BMSCE organized a vibrant farewell event for the outgoing batch of 23-24, themed "One in a Minion." The event was filled with fun, music, and emotional moments as members came together to bid farewell. EVENT DESCRIPTION: The farewell event began with a dynamic introduction by the MCs, whose lively energy set the tone for the evening. Everyone in the room was dressed in shades of blue and yellow, perfectly matching the "One in a Minion" theme, creating a beautiful and colorful atmosphere. As the event progressed, the farewell batch members took the stage, each dancing to a unique song, showcasing their personality and style. A playful twist came when bananas were humorously handed out to the batch members. The present Core and BOD members then performed a dance medley, featuring three songs. The girls started with an energetic performance on Chikni Chameli, followed by the boys dancing to Oo Antava, and everyone coming together for a fun-filled dance on Chammak Challo. Following this, there was a beautifully melodious song performance, which captivated the audience and added a musical touch to the evening. Engaging games brought even more fun to the event, starting with the cup game where participants swung their bodies to get a ball into a cup tied to their waist. The clip game followed, with participants trying to shake clips off their clothes, much to the amusement of the audience. A funny dance on Butta Bomma and Bye Bye further lightened the mood, and the farewell Core and BOD challenged only the boys to dance, who impressed everyone with their moves. A unique memory jar activity brought laughter and nostalgia as the farewell batch reflected on their fun experiences. The event culminated in a heartfelt speech by Akanksha, followed by a beautiful video that summarized the journey and memories of the batch, leaving everyone emotional yet joyful.
