The Rotaract Club of KSSEM collaborated with the Rotaract Club of Mount Carmel College for an informative event titled "Rethink the Beat" on 29th September 2024. This session focused on the growing concern of heart attacks in young individuals, covering critical risks, early warning signs, and actionable tips for maintaining a heart-healthy lifestyle. With 15 members from our club participating, the expert-led discussion provided valuable insights into preventive measures for heart health.
