On September 1, 2024, Rotaract Club of Bangalore SouthWest participated in Atlas: District Learning and Assembly organised by Rotaract District 3191 at Jyoti Nivas College, Koramangala. The event aimed to train the club officials based on their roles and responsibilities for the current rotation year. The event started with an inauguration ceremony followed by a speaker session by Rtn. RJ Pallavi, who spoke about the importance of effective communication and team bonding. She shared her insights on how these factors can help a club achieve its goal and retain quality membership throughout the year. Soon after this session ended, the club officials were requested to report to their respective breakout rooms for their domain-specific training. The domain-specific trainings were conducted by the experienced Rotaractors and Rotarians who had previously served for that particular position in the past. The breakout room sessions ended after two hours, after which the Rotaractors were encouraged to head for lunch. Post-lunch, the District Assembly started, where all the Distrcit Officials came forward to share their respective avenue updates. Later, the floor was kept open for club announcements and concerns that needed to be addressed by the District Core Team. Finally, the day ended with some fun activities, high tea, and a group picture.
