Project Report | Thiruvonam A creative PR initiative and international service project that brought together Rotaractors to share their cherished memories of Onam through various forms of content, including reels, posters, photographs, and poems. Date 📅: 1st September - 13th September 2024 (Content Submission Window) Mode: Online (Google Forms) Funds involved: NIL Project Chairs 👥: Rtr Reya Paul Rtr Samyuktha P Nair Attendees 2 participants from RAC Madras Knights 4 participants from RCK Event Flow: 👥 Initial Announcement: The project was officially launched on 1st September 2024, with a call for entries across our club members and international partners. Participants were given 13 days to prepare and submit content that reflected their personal Onam experiences. 👥 Content Creation Period: Over the course of the next 13 days, participants creatively worked on their reels, posters, photographs, and poems, encapsulating their fond Onam memories. This activity encouraged a deep reflection on the cultural significance of Onam, promoting both individual creativity and cultural exchange. 👥 Submission: Participants submitted their entries through a Google Form designed to streamline the content collection process. This approach made it easier for us to receive, organize, and evaluate the contributions. 👥 Content Review: Once all the content was received by 13th September, it was reviewed and appreciated by the project chairs. This content showcased the beautiful diversity of Onam memories, bridging the gap between Rotaractors across different regions.
