On Sunday, October 27, 2024, the Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College hosted a spirited Diya painting event for students of St. Rock’s School in Cleveland Town, Pulikeshi Nagar, Bengaluru. Held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, the event fostered a warm, festive atmosphere as 15 enthusiastic students gathered to paint and decorate diyas. The club provided all necessary materials, enabling each participant to express their creativity and artistic skills. Both the Father and Sister of the cathedral attended the event, sharing heartfelt words of appreciation for the Rotaract Club’s thoughtful initiative. They commended the club members for their dedication and efforts in organizing such a meaningful activity. After the painting session, the club added a sweet touch by distributing chocolates to each child as a token of appreciation, further enhancing the joy of the celebration.
