The Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar recently participated in the District Training Event Atlas on September 1, 2024, starting at 9:00 am at Jyoti Niwas College in Koramangala. Organized to equip Rotaract Board members with essential skills, Atlas provided comprehensive training for club leaders, guiding them to effectively carry out their roles throughout the year. The day began with an inspiring keynote address by District Governor Satish Madhavan, followed by guest speaker RJ Pallavii, who captivated the audience with her insights on leadership and community service. Their addresses emphasized the impact of responsible leadership and the importance of unity within the Rotaract community. Subsequent sessions focused on role-specific responsibilities for Board members, such as President, Secretary, and Treasurer. These workshops offered practical advice and shared best practices, helping leaders understand their roles and preparing them to lead with confidence and purpose. The event ended on a celebratory note, featuring vibrant cultural performances and dance, which left attendees energized and connected.
