On October 16th, the Finance Avenue of the Rotaract Club of RVCE conducted Gains & Gatherings, a targeted session aimed at equipping club representatives (CRs) with essential skills and knowledge about the finance and sponsorship functions within the club. With 33 CRs in attendance, the session provided valuable insights into the responsibilities of the Finance Avenue and the role of CRs in securing sponsorships, especially for the upcoming registration drive for new students. The session covered key aspects of financial management, sponsorship outreach, and effective communication strategies to engage potential sponsors. Through interactive discussions and detailed explanations, the Finance Avenue team clarified expectations and responsibilities, fostering confidence among CRs about their role in supporting club initiatives. Gains & Gatherings highlighted the importance of finance in strengthening the club’s future activities and laid a solid foundation for CRs to contribute meaningfully, ensuring the upcoming registration drive is well-supported and impactful.
