๐ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป:๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ is an initiative dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing through informative sessions and support. ๐Rtr.Deepika ,welcomed the participants ,there was a fun trivia session, where some trivia questions related to general calorie intake and nutrition was asked and the participants answered enthusiastically. ๐ Rtr.Deepika welcomed and introduced the speaker for the session, Dr.Bharathi A V,Nutritionist. ๐Dr.Bharathi started of the session by giving a brief on what are calories and how do they impact us in daily life. ๐She then gave us some insights on how we can trick our brain and eat fewer calories. She also provided us with some tips and tricks on how we can trick our brain to eat less calories. ๐ The session also included a Q&A segment where Dr. Bharathi addressed the doubts and concerns of the participants raised during the meeting and also the questions obtained from the WhatsApp group.
