The team came together with excitement and creativity to prepare gifts for the chief guest and attendees of our installation event. We embraced a "best from waste" approach, aiming to minimize store-bought products and focus on handmade, personalized items. Our first task was to create beautiful paper flowers, carefully crafted as gifts for the attendees, while the chief guest received stunning bouquets of these same flowers, symbolizing our club’s heartfelt welcome. Every detail, from the thank-you cards to the stickers and decorative elements, was thoughtfully handmade by our Rotaractors, reflecting the dedication and personal touch we put into our preparations. After the gifts were ready, we shifted to practicing the installation dance, sharing laughter and camaraderie while perfecting our routine. It was a day filled with creativity, teamwork, and fun, as we came together not just to prepare for the event, but to create lasting memories as a club.
