Rotaract Club of Bangalore SouthWest collaborated with Rotaract Club of RVCE for their flagship project, Naivedyam 3.0, which was conducted on October 19, 2024. The project aimed at feeding poor people who can’t afford a one-time meal in a day across Bangalore. The initiative was organized on the occasion of Word Food Week to ensure that no individual sleeps hungry. The food donation drive started in the morning around 10:30 AM at Banashankari slum area. Around 700 people were fed during the drive, starting from kids to senior citizens who were staying in and around the slum area. Their happy faces after having the meal added a level of satisfaction and a sense of achievement in the Rotaractors who were a part of this initiative. Finally, the day ended around 1:30 PM with a bundle of timeless memories and a group picture.
