The Rotaract Club of NMIMS Bengaluru recently organized Box of Kindness 2.0, a heartwarming initiative aimed at spreading joy and providing essential items to those in need. In collaboration with a dedicated NGO, this project invited the student community and others to contribute by donating a variety of useful items. The idea behind Box of Kindness 2.0 was simple yet impactful: to create a space where people could drop off items that could make a real difference in someone's life. These donations, ranging from clothing, food, books, hygiene products, and other necessities, were collected in specially designated boxes that were placed at accessible locations within the campus. The collection period was from 14th October to 21st October, offering ample time for thoughtful contributions. By teaming up with an NGO, the Rotaract Club ensured that every donation directly reached those who needed it the most. The initiative wasn't just about material giving but also about fostering a sense of empathy and responsibility within the community. Whether large or small, each donation represented a step toward making a difference in the lives of those who face daily hardships. Box of Kindness 2.0 served as a reminder that kindness can come in many forms, and even the simplest contributions can bring joy and relief to others. Through this campaign, Rotaract Club of NMIMS Bengaluru along with the campus students demonstrated the power of collective goodwill and social responsibility.
